Turquoise superheroine cape, mask and tutu costume

The superhero tutu, cape and mask outfits are amazing! These designs could be superhero or rock star costumes!

Lightning bolts on the back of the capes are embroidered around the edges for a beautiful finish. The teal and copper colored cape has a large glitter star on the back of the cape, which is lined for a completely elegant finish. There are star and lightning details on the skirts with a small round felt piece at the back to hold them securely to the tulle.
The skirts have a peplum and two layers of tulle with a fantastic layer of crinkled metallic underlining. The skins are double sided and have a lightning bolt feature to perfectly match the set.
