Pastel blue star foil balloon

The pastel light blue matte-finish Mylar foil balloons are ideal. You can inflate them with helium or simply with air. To inflate them with air, you need to use a manual or electric inflator.

They are sold individually packaged and uninflated.

Important: These balloons have a narrow valve and a self-sealing mechanism. When inflating with helium, it is important to use a thin valve, and if inflating with air, you must insert a narrow straw and then tie a knot.
