Once you log in with your account you can see your points on the cupcake button that appears at the bottom.

You can redeem your points both in the online store and in physical stores. You must purchase at least one item to redeem points for a discount.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE STORE

• You can redeem a €5 discount for every 100 points
• Once you have logged in, click on the button with a cupcake that appears at the bottom of the website and select the option "How to redeem points" and then "Redeem" to generate a discount code.
• You will also receive an automatic email with the code when you reach the points.
• Copy and paste the code into the "discount code" section at checkout for the discount to be applied.
• Discounts do not apply to shipping fees or taxes.

PHYSICAL STORE INSTRUCTIONS

• Indicate your customer email in your store and we will inform you of everything.

Product returns must be made in accordance with La Fiesta de Olivia's return policy.
When the refund occurs, the corresponding amount of accumulated points will be deducted from your account.

Of course, we love to celebrate! Make sure you update your profile with your birthday and have subscribed to our newsletter at least 30 days before your birthday.
On your birthday, you will receive an email from us notifying you of the number of points that have been added to your account.
As a birthday gift you can accumulate 100 points in your account.
