HANDMADE PIRATE PATCH

An essential accessory for a pirate costume is the patch. For this you only need a black rope, black foam, scissors and a hole punch.

You have to cut a round out of black foam and make a hole at each end of the round. Pass the black string through each end and tie a knot. Make sure the string is long enough to fit snugly around your head.

PIRATE PARTY MARKERS

An original and easy to make placeholder is a small bottle with a message. You need a transparent bottle with a black cap, sand, paper, red ribbon and chocolate coins.

It is about filling the bottle with a little sand, adding the chocolate coins and putting the paper written with the name of each child inside. Pass the red ribbon around the neck of the bottle and tie a knot. They can also take it as a souvenir .

A piece of advice: To give it a more pirate touch, draw a skull on the bottle cap with a white marker.

A HEALTHY AND FRESH SNACK

To combat the heat, something to hydrate that is very tasty are the fruit skewers. It is as simple as taking wooden sticks and cutting the fruit that you like the most into small pieces (watermelon, kiwi, strawberries, tangerines, etc.), and putting the fruit on the wooden stick to make your skewer.

A piece of advice: To give it a pirate touch, you can leave a piece of the skewer free without fruit, and take a piece of cardboard with white and red stripes. You have to go cutting the cardboard into small squares and rounded on the sides (as a flag). Once you have them, make a hole in the upper and lower part of the square and put it in the part of the skewer that you have not put fruit on. We recommend that you bulge it out a bit to give it a candle effect.

VERY ORIGINAL PIRATE DETAIL

These chandeliers are super easy to make and original.

As a table decoration, you can reuse green or dark wine bottles and add a long white candle (make sure it fits in the bottle). The idea is that you turn them on before the party and let the wax drip down the bottle to give it a more pirate effect.
