A party in pastel colors
Pastel colors are one of the most used to decorate a first communion party or a wedding. The combination of mint and pale pink with white or beige and lavender are one of our favorites! We love parties in pastel shades.
One of the most beautiful elements in these colors to decorate the party space are the pompoms or the honeycomb balls in pastel tones. As always, one of the best ideas is to combine pompoms of different colors and sizes. You can also use some lamps or paper lanterns in which you can put a light to have a magnificent afternoon party in spring or summer.
Doing a photo session with pastel balloons at your daughter's first communion can be a lot of fun. She will love it. In addition, you can also decorate the party with balloons and if you are thinking of putting a candy table against a wall you can decorate it with fans like these:
To decorate the table of sweets or the table of diners you can use a table runner and some cards to show the place of each one and some wooden cutlery that will look great on a table with such natural tones.
For the bar area, don't forget to put some cocktail-size napkins and some matching paper straws for the drinks, which you can serve in small bottles or in pretty paper cups.
What do you think of decorating your party in pastel tones? We hope you liked and inspired all these ideas, if you want to see more you can go to our pinterest! We wait for you there!
